Breath

by StonedGooberz   Jun 30, 2007

Angelic darkness
wishing to find some kind of love
manages to hear the love song
of a pure white morning dove

She dreams of a love complete
and a prince charming to sweep her away
but instead she has these nightmare's
where demons have their way.

Her body so tortured
the pain is buried inside
where's prince charming
she needs a shoulder to cry.

Fire every where she looks
tears fall down her face
her heart begins to break
with nothing to replace

I found her dead
and a smile was all i could see
it made me cry that night
when i fell to my knee's

And begged her god forgiveness
for her suicidal death
and pleaded for him to give her
one last happy breath.

"Angelic darkness" Wow what a beautiful imagery, just two words which grab the attention of the reader!

I really popped my mind, and I just thought of angelic darkness and realised how special and apt is it for this piece.

The misery expressed touches the heart.

I hope it is not real!
