Anger

Heart pounding strongly.
Blood begins to boil.
Skin feels hot from within.
As uncontrollable feelings begin.

Headaches become blinding.
Quickening breath like hyperventilating.
Tears surface at the brim of release.
The feelings slowly increase.

No known cause can be determined.
So many questions of why?
Where do these feelings surface from?
My unexplainable anger.

    Great poem, sad but yet so true, anger causes a lot of unusual feelings to surface, nothing we cab do about it , but try to live with it , deal with it and move on. Well written poem and flowed nicely, great job, keep it up ,,,,your friend Tracy d......5/5
