My Addiction

by Kristina   Jul 17, 2007

I take my beautiful razor blade
Press it deep into my skin,
Watch the blood pour down,
Onto the bathroom floor.

Cutting is my addiction,
Something that I love to do.
When things seem to go wrong,
My blade is all I can count on.

I only shed a few tears,
I know everything will be okay,
For my best friend
Has saved my life, once again.

Not totally sure that I know what this means, but I don't need to!

    Very good job once again.
    Your writing is great!

    Good!

For this one, I can only see is the same topic and same words used in suicide. hmm, maybe I got enough of suicide poems so this one didn't catch mt attention. 4 for its realism thats all!

    Keep it up!

Wow, this was quite gripping. I don't usually like suicide/self mutalation poems, but this one had a happy ending. The flow was great too, by the way. 5/5
