Thought You Loved Me

I gave you my heart
But you tore it apart
Your not the person i thought you'd be
I thought you loved me

All the times you said you loved me
Was that just a lie?
Now i stay up late in the night
and all i do is cry.

Thought you were the one for me
I guess i just couldn't see
Been together all these years
Now I'm sitting here in tears

My friends tried to warn me
But i was so blinded by love to see the truth
That when you say the words i love you
Its all a lie.
