Lost and Alone

I am here living in an icy dream
Where no one can hear my screams
Only a deafening silence is found
Griefs and sufferings filled the ground.

People around me do not care
Never help me with the pains I bear
No one in my dreams will save my life
For there is no reason for me to survive.

I wander through days and nights
Looking for a certain light.
The one who will let me know,
When will darkness let me go.

I am here, lost and left alone
Don't know if I can make it my own
With all the people pass by
I don't dare to ask them why.

Every time they see me cry
They just ignore me then sigh
Heading their ways without looking back
Leaving me with unfortunate luck.

Will I be like this forever?
No one by my side will be there
Like what I used to have before
That now I have no more.

    That was a great poem. It really touches my heart. "People around me do not care, never help me with the pains I bear?" These words really gave effect to your poem...And they were written for my life. "I wander through days and nights, looking for a certain light. The one who will let me know, when will darkness let me go" This really emphasized the need for someone to save you from your sorrow. Great choice of words. 5/5

    Good flow and rhyming.
