Stairway of light

I'm ready to give up,
I have had enough.

I just want to die,
and leave this world behind.

I want eternal peace,
I want to be set free.

In Heaven I want to fly,
and never have a need to cry.

and everyone to be my friend,
and all this hate to come to an end.

I want everyone to love me,
not just spit on and shun me.

I want to climb the stairway,
made out of the suns rays.

I want to meet the Prince of peace,
and get to kiss his feet.

I am fed up with this planet,
and I want to see Heaven,
if God shall grant it.
