I trusted you above everything,
Because I thought you knew what you were about.

I let you have almost everything I have,
except the food out of my child's mouth.

You said you would be there for me,
If I'd just let you take my hand.

Who knew you'd start the game all over,
And ruin my one and only chance.

I placed you on a pedestal,
Right below my Heavenly Father and faith.

Not knowing that you'd take my trust,
And use it all up in vain.

I've stated it many times before,
That you didn't really exist.

And from now on I'll follow my first thoughts,
And you'll be the last resort on my list.
