If i burn all your pictures
Will your memory die away
Every single sore spot
That's hurt me everyday

Will it ease the burden
I have within my soul
What no one can see
Is my heart has a hole

All the tainted memories
And the crystal blue tears
The crimson red blood
That's spilled throughout the years

If i burn all your pictures
Will your memory die away
Will all those painful thoughts
Finally begin to fade

Tainted blood seeps from my wounds
Strayed from wherever i belong
Stripped of my happiness
Incapable of staying strong

My soul contaminated by your lies
My heart completely torn
Will you finally fade away
Along with all the memories that i scorn

If i burn all your pictures
Will your memory die away
Will the pain completely cease
And spare my inside from decay

I feel like the condemned
All so meaningless and lifeless
Got no place to run to
And no way to rid the stress

The memory of a broken heart
Along with my corrupted mind
Stained by your contaminations
While being left behind

If i burn all your pictures
Will your memory die away
Will i finally be at peace
Without a struggle or a fray

I'll no longer fake the smiles
Or pretend that I'm okay
I'll no longer force the laughter
When your lies no longer made

Will the nightmares finally end
Will the crying finally stop
Will the sleepless nights completely cease
& then begins the life i never got

If i erase you from my life
Will my world return from gray
Tell me. .If i burn all your pictures
Will your memory die away?

    I love it!&&I hate to tell you this but you can't get rid of memories that quickly...especially when they're about someone that used to mean a lot to you.Time is the only thing that can help.But sooner or later,it will be ok.5/5

    Wow I just loved this! It was so powerful and I could deeply feel each word you used. The imagery was just heartbreakingly beautiful and it got your message across flawlessly. Great flow and amazing descriptions of sad emotions. Well done *5/5*

    Realy great poem, heartfelt and emotional, and so easy to relate to. I love the repeition of the title and I particularly liked the las couple of stanzas, asking all the questions. The flow was almost perfect and the rhythm great. Really nice write.
