Once Shared Starry Nights

I often wonder, if I wished upon every star.
If my wish would come true sooner
or if that's a sign of being hopelessly in love.
I feel my heart is wandering through the milky way, trying to find out if being loved by him is truly real.
Is this fate to love him and be loved in return?
Did this happen by chance, a brief change in fate... If he was meant to walk into my life...
I wish I could have convinced him; to stay with me forever....
My actions are unforgivable though,
so this is completely justified.
My heart is still calling out to his,
in the lonely whispers in the dark.
The stars, we use to stare upon together,
seem to just be another reminder of what was and what could have been.
If I take the blame for all this wrong doing...will that change his mind?
Well...of course not... No one could change his mind about all the sins I've committed...
His happiness is all the matters,
but I use to be the one that made him smile...
