Family Problems

And you say you have problems
well mine are worse than they look
on the outside my family seems stable
but there's more than just a cover to a book

they keep everything hidden
with secrets and with lies
they shield all of their worries
with fake smiles and tired sighs

they're so "poor" though they have new cars
and they "don't" drink all the beer in the fridge
they're always going somewhere
but they spend so much "time" with the kids

Mommy's always worried
and daddy's never home
between his work and beer and bills
us kids must "never" feel alone

**I guess this is one of my first that is strictly from personal experience. My family is huge so it's not just about me, sis, mom, and dad. It's about my cousin and her family too. Well, let me know what you thought about it.
