Stuck

I dont know what's happened to me,
I have changed alot.
It seems like I've forgotten,
Everything I've been taught.

I use to be the good girl,
Always got good grades.
Now I get D's and F's,
No longer get straight A's.

I use to be shy,
But now I act so tough.
I dont stay quiet,
I always speak up.

I use to keep to myself,
But now I fight all of the time.
Everytime someone is wrong,
I'll be the one to tell them they're out of line.

I miss the person I use to be,
But at the same time like the person I've become.
My life use to be plain,
But now its a little more fun.

I dont know which life is better,
Or which one sucks.
I'm just caught in the middle,
Somewhere I became stuck.

    Really like the idea behind this one, it's different to most of the poems I usually read. The uncertainty over which "version" of you that you prefer also makes the poem really effective. xXx

    This poem could be much deeper and you can use some metaphors! It needs some improving, it could be a lot better, still I like the topic.

    I loveee this one! i dont know why but i really liked reading it. it has a really good flow =] and just to let you know,i like both sides of you. so youre not really stuck. you just need to be whichever side of you is needed by people..if that made any sense. lol
