One step away from the edge
One breath away from my last
I can't escape from the pressure
And it's all happening so fast

Please don't say you love me
I don't handle happiness
I'm stronger when I need to be
Lost in all madness

Can't touch what you can't feel
Can't break through bars
I'm tired of sitting on the roof
Alone gazing at stars

Times just a passing thing
It never stays long
You think everything was right
When it's never been so wrong

Tears are just stories
The ones I keep inside
No matter how much you hold me
It won't ever stop me cry

So please walk away
I know I can handle that
I'm use to watching people leave
And no longer wait for them to turn back

One step away from the edge
Holding onto my last breath
Please leave so I can jump
And say I had nothing left

    Greatly written, I can relate to it. You have a way with words, true talent.
    This one contains excellent atmosphere, and a lot of emotions.
    My favorite stanza is:
