Minds eye blind

My minds eye is blind
and so my judgment is impaired
my consciousness confined
and my reason is ensnared
in a web of secrecy and lies
that has been spun inside my head
in my minds eye
everyone is dead
and I'm cold
when I'm lost in thought
I'm trying not to be controlled
but I'm alone and distraught,
frail and afraid
and i don't know what to do
i failed to stay
and see this through
I'm starting to panic
my thoughts are racing
my voice is frantic
and i cant stop pacing
and I'm erasing
my memories and fears
my enemies are here
and I'm screaming
i wish i was dreaming
and ill never get better
till my thoughts gather together
god give me a sign....
but ill never be able to see it
because my minds eye is blind
