If your reading this dad,
Then tell me one thing
Have you really read the other?
Or are you still faking?

That's all I know you as
Is a faker and a liar
Making promises to me
Only to break them later

You wonder why I don't like you
Why I dislike being at your house
Could it be because your wife?
Or did I see a mouse?

Well when you don't pay attention
To what I say or do
When you sit on your ass all day
Need I remind you?

All the promises you made
Never really we're fulfilled
And you ask me to give up the one who was there
When you never were?

Not going to happen
And you say you see yourself
In a lot of my poems
Are you that blind, or that stupid?

If you want to be my dad
Pay attention, stop being an ass
