Sorry

by my name is Llama   Sep 8, 2007

I'm sorry that I'm never what you want me to be
That when you compare I'm never good enough
I'm sorry that no matter what we never agree

I'm sorry that I'm the cause of all your fights
No matter how hard I try you'll never understand
I'm sorry there's always a wrong instead of rights

I'm sorry that we were never close from the start
But when I really needed you; you hated me
I'm sorry that you can never find my good part

I'm sorry that you used to think I'm turning out bad
And that you are starting to think the same thing again
I'm sorry that it's my fault you're angry, hurt and sad

I'm sorry that you never had a life that you wanted
But that does not mean that I have to pay for that
I'm sorry that you felt different and unwanted

I'm sorry that you can't stand to be near each other
But why is it my fault, why do I get punished?
I'm sorry that you don't know how to be my mother

I'm sorry for what ever it was I didn't see as a kid
But what I did see can never be erased, never change
I'm sorry that whatever's inside of you will never be rid

I'm sorry that I'm too much trouble, always in the way
I don't understand why you did and do these things
I'm sorry that you have to live with me everyday

But most of all I'm sorry that I never did tell
Maybe then things would be different for everyone
Why don't they get that I'm living in hell
