Depression, anxiety and stress all part of a phase

That will last for an undetermined number of days

Events not commonly pre planned not happening by chance

One must go through all the gates to advance

On the way through the phase, one suffers uncertainty and pain

This is all part of growth, physical and emotional gain

Day upon day of psychological tension

Accompanied my multitudes of apprehension

Keeping the mind open and encouraging hope

One does pass through the phase, one does cope

By not capitulating and giving up the fight

One will find the end of the tunnel, see the light

All obstacles are put in our path as a test

Designed for us to continually learn, be at our best

In life there is a lot we must know

If we are to evolve and grow

Stay positive until the phase has past

As it is guaranteed that, forever it will not last

Once through the phase a life may turn around

Then it is time to forge ahead, and use the new knowledge just found

We all must pass through these times of stress

To gain our psychological and spiritual beings and be a success.
