The sadness he left behind

by Valiantpenguin   Sep 22, 2007

She searches through warrens
Seeking her love
Only to find she is alone
No one is in this labyrinth
No one is searching for her
Waves of paranoia
Flow through her in titanic pulses
She breaks down in tremulous sobs
wrapping her arms around herself
As if that could hold her breaking heart together
And keep herself from becoming psychopathic
She puts her hands together
Praying to a supernal won't respond
She follows the same itinerary
Knowing of her indigence of love
She sits in her staidness
Missing the ardent feeling of love
Feeling sordid and unworthy
He always engendered happiness in her
Now she is tenuous from his absence
Her love for him can not transcend
The sadness he left behind
