Ashes

The sun is setting
The moon is falling again
I'm beginning to lose the war
Of life that I'm struggling to endure

With the aid of love
I'm smiling the past tortures away
Even though this time I lost
I can prepare for the following day

These feelings that I live with
Risen from the ashes of my soul
Equal to my blessings and my faults
Continuing to ruin all that I live for
