America,How Will WE Stand?

Will we take a stand
or let ourselves sink
and then ask for a hand?

Will we work together
or work separately
then try to stand united forever?

Will we let the fear of God fear us
or let whatever happens,happen
do we have an excuse more that just cause?

Will we care what the world is becoming
or just let it go because were grown up
and care not of the generation coming?

Will we take a look around
and see America falling
do we even care how its going down?

How will we stand
united,all for one,and one for all
and give each other a lending hand?

How will you stand
brave,strong and true
or careless,and always asking for a hand?

    I think the majority of us are too naive, selfish, and careless to care enough for the world. i think in the end we're driving ourselves to total apocolypse. i'm glad you care enough to write poems that can open peoples eyes and slap some sense into their thinking katy. thanks for this one. 5 always.
