My Utopia

There's white puffy clouds; candyfloss galore.
It's completely eternal, and I just want more.
There's angels in the corner, their wings so pure;
A single glance and you have a cure
To all the heartache in your world today,
Turning it to bright colours from that old, sad grey.

There's fire over in that end, it's burning strong,
Yet despite the fact it clashes, it doesn't seem wrong.
My perfect word is dazzling, a place I know so well,
It's a little bit like Heaven, and a little bit like Hell.
Opposites attract, is that not what they say?
So my sacred place is just right in its own way.

If something has no flaws, it cannot be real;
At least in my place I can purely feel
The emotions that surround it, I know they're true,
It can't just be happy, we need a little sadness, too.
In my place I can smile, I can dance, I am free,
It's the only place in all the world where I can just be me.

    I LOVE IT. Of course, it placed [[even though there weren't many] it was AMAZING, darling. I absolutely loved it.

    The whole 'opposites attract' part was probably my favorite part of the entire poem.
    But, I loved the whole thing. (:

    This was truely a cute piece, sweet and painted a perfect picture of the way your sacred place would be. I loved the flow and ryhme scheme they were both spot on and didn't faulter at all throughout the entire piece. your word choice simple yet effective.
