The Butterfly Affect

Wow, finally, this is my first poem after a 2 or 3 month writers block. So its not too good but its titled the butterfly affect cuz it reminded me of the movie

Blood stains and broken promises,
Is all she'll ever see,
She writes to escape her fate,
In hope of setting free,

The story portrays each,
of her ten years,
Every last detail,
Every last fear,

Anything to fake reality,
She changes the end,
Now shes in a dream world,
Trying to pretend,

Killing off family members,
With the power of her mind,
Shes getting revenge,
But shes only trapped in time

    I hate writer's block i understand the feeling but this is an excellent poem to come back with after that. lol wonderful poem the title did capture me though keep writing thanx for the comments.

    Excellent stanza .... changing parts in hopes of having a different outcome....

    Shes getting revenge,

    Loved this ending ....
    Glad to see you've escaped the clutches of writer's block ... they sure can have a grip on us by times.
