Why Wont You Leave?

Sorry, but I don't want you here
Realizing now this has got to end
Tired of you always controlling me
Now I realize, you're not a friend

Look! Just look what you've done to me
Changed my whole perception on life
Don't recognize these eyes staring back
'Cause of you, I'm engulfed in strife

Shivering, freezing cold all the time
No matter how many clothes I wear
Dreams shattered, thoughts in fragments
This pain has become to much to bear

Headaches now a constant occurrence
Having to shower just to feel warm
You've taken over my body and mind
Don't know if I can weather this storm

Beginning now to hate you so much
Lost count of the tears that I've cried
And still, you remain my 'best friend'
Even though you're killing me inside.

**This will only make sense to very few people. But, I don't care. I don't feel like explaining myself.**

    Wow... I love this piece. I can relate to it in so many ways...
    Whole poem is excellently written, with great rhymes and flawless flow. It is very deep, filled with amazing descriptions. I like it from the beginning to the end.
    My favorite stanza is:

    -Shivering, freezing cold all the time
    No matter how many clothes I wear
    Dreams shattered, thoughts in fragments
    This pain has become to much to bear-

    Wow! This piece is so emotional and truly deep. You wrote it on great way, and you described feelings excellently. It is so interesting and original.

    I totally love this stanza, it is so sad and complex. Whole piece has captivating atmosphere and I like idea for it. Ending is also very effective and you painted beautiful, yet so sad picture, with your words. Well done!
