My Guardian Angel

Do you believe in angels?
I can never forget the first time I saw one.
It was under the radiant blue sky,
A beautiful cherub appeared to me...

Her heavenly face surpasses the sun's radiance.
Her eyes are glistening just like a gem
The moment I gazed at her beauty,
I felt my heart melt like the winter snow.

I looked up and asked God, "Is she the one?"
And now I know she's the light I need...
I came closer to her... And reached for her hand
As I whispered, "Please save me from this hell."

Suddenly... her arms were around me..
She said, I will always be by your side...
As the days, months and years have passed..
I just have to close my eyes...

And believe in guardian angels...

    I love Angels. You did a great job on this piece. The imagery is great.

    I love this stanza. It paints such a peaceful picture for the mind.

    Well im glad you started writing again, that piece was wonderful, for some odd reason when i get to the end of the stanzas i thought everything fit there, nice job 5/5
