i know what we have is real
in God you reminded me to confide
and when i fall, you help me heal
to God you have been my guide

i haven't found one bit of you thats fake
by now, most would have made me feel degraded
i thought for sure my heart would already ache
and i would definitely feel jaded

but you are so much different from the rest
you never cross the line and respect
is something you give me without request
i find you, in every way, to be perfect

and to you i will always listen
in every way we just seem to click
i cant wait to see your beautiful eyes glisten
i still cant believe its me you picked

baby you make me happy in every way
what we have is something i have longed for
