The Ultimate Hurt

by Millions   Jan 8, 2008

Ten thousand miles was too far for you
To maybe hold on, and maybe stay true
'Cos the love turned to hate, for things i haven't done
And what happens now, now i have to move on.

Your words fill with hate, your heart with despise
Enough so to make the tears fall from my eyes
I wrote you some letters, hoping for forever,
But i guess this time it was too much to whether.

And now everything i am is no longer yours,
I'm taking me back, and closing the doors
I want you to know i don't miss you a lot
The real truth is, i don't want what you got
You know I'm not looking for your 'just enough'
The real truth is, I'm looking for love.

I'll put my lingerie on and prance around,
In front of the mirror, where you can't be found
I'll turn the radio up & scream out the words
Breaking my heart was the ultimate hurt.

Two years have gone and you're still in my head
But not for much longer, 'cos o' what you said
I hope you're happy without me, I'm doing fine now, it's true
I'm simply ecstatic, now I'm officially over you.

Now everything i am, is no longer yours,
I'm taking me back, and closing the doors
I want you to know, I don't miss you a lot
The real truth is, I don't want what you got
You know I'm not looking for your 'just enough'
The real truth is, I'm looking for love.
