Another year has passed me by
Dusk and dawn look just the same
Still waiting for my chance to fly
Tired of playing one sided games

No more wasting precious years
My heart belongs to you alone
The time is here just touch my hand
Together we'll soar to heights unknown

Take me behind those dark clouds
Ready now surrendering life
Comfort my heart within your wings
Forever love is meant to survive

Merging souls for eternity
Sunshine and warmth await you here
Your heart is always safe with me
My soul alive when you are near

Heaven is the only place
Where things can't go wrong
Without you life has been hell
Feeling to weak to be strong

Come now to me my love
Together we will fly
Leaving pain far behind
The two of us side by side
