Did you know...?

Why are we here, is this how its supposed to be?
Me so happy with you, but you only somewhat happy with me...
You remember all those times i break your rules and you get all mad?
Did you even know I'm trying real hard to make you happy because your the best thing I ever had?
You know when I start to cry sometimes, and I tell you it's not you?
Did you know that most of the time I'm really crying because of you?
You probably don't know that your one of the main aspects of my life today,
Maybe you shouldn't mean this much to me, but you do no matter what you do or say.
You probably wondering why I get mad when I can't spend time with you,
It's only because your my best friend and without you, I don't know what I would do.
Wondering why I hang-up on you-sometimes when we fight?
I just want to see if you care enough to call back, and if you don't I can't sleep at night.
You know that when we're together I can't help but be happy...
But did you know that sometimes i question my happiness and if this is where I want to be?
Did you know that sometimes when you yell at me I feel I can maybe do better-
But then i just think about what you said, " We're fighting to stay together."
You know I hate thinking about breaking up with you- it makes me think we wont last.
But no one has ever made me happier, then you, in my past...
Sometimes I just wish you knew exactly what not to do,
But I care so much about you- i decide to except you for you.
You know all I am waiting for is for you to except me for me,
I cry, I worry, and I'm going to miss you, but that's the way I'm always going to be.
Just tell me-Can you see how much effort I put forth-Do you see how much I try?
Sometimes I wonder why you don't try as hard, but I'm too scared to ask why...
After all my questioning, crying and thinking I decided your still what I want so I'll go with the flow,
Because I love you and I would do anything for you...But that's something you should already know....
