Missing You

by Letty   Feb 2, 2008

Lifting my glass to my lips,
Sobbing silently inside my heart.
Music made for the heartbroken,
Gradually tearing me apart.

Breaking down my high spirits
Reminiscing of you-Wishing you were here.
Astray full of future health problems,
But still not seeming to care.

Part of my heart vanished,
On the day you departed this world.
Imagining you on the other side,
Making lots of plans for us.

Waiting for me with open arms,
Smiling because you'll get your way.
Knowing that one day real soon,
My home will be where you lay.

I like this poem.. its so sad! the flow starts out really good, but in the end its like something is missing...

i cant point directly to it, but there is a lack of flow in the end.
