Story of a boy and girl

This is the story of a boy and girl,
new to love but they were each others world.
he would give her kisses to show he cared,
a wonderful joyous love they both shared.

their hearts glowed with happiness,
their smiles shined of bliss,
hand in hand always they were together,
vowed to love each other forever...

one night as he kissed her goodnight,
she held him long and tight,
as he walked away smiling, both their hearts shined,
little did they know they'd see each other for the last time.

there was a fire that night as the poor girl slept,
was such a horrible disaster, every one had wept,
the boy was broken, his heart was now gone,
he sang his love everynight a beautiful song.

he stared into the night, searching among the stars,
she was always in his heart, never too far.
every tear that fell from his eyes, filled with so much pain, he missed her so much, he wished to see her again.

he sat up all night, drying his tears away,
a faint glow from above shone a beautiful ray.
he heard a voice, only one he knew so well,
it was her voice, instantly he could tell.

she said to him, "please my love dont cry,
im so sorry sweetie that i had died.
please know that my love is true,
no matter what has happened, i still love you"

the boy smiled with joy as he saw her form appear,
her angelic giggle and voice he could hear.
he held out his arms, they embraced in the night,
tears from both their eyes, they held on tight.

it was time she had to go, but she told him this,
"i will wait for you in heaven, to give me a kiss"
he smiled knowing her love was still so strong,
gave him the strength to carry on.

she kissed him sweetly and stared in his eyes,
"please baby remember, dont ever cry
no matter what we are always together"
he smiled "i know baby...our love is forever"
