What do you want to be in life??

Great question. I still feel way too young to fully answer it, like it shouldn't be all in my control.. but I think whatever God wants me to be. I don't know specifically where I'll work or precisely what path I'll take, but I want to be a compassionate, giving person and hopefully a mother someday. I want to be one that isn't afraid to reach out to others.

Ms. Gadia why don't we start with telling us what you want to be??
That way we all would also get an idea(just a suggestion though!)

I am who I want to be.... Being in nursing for over 20 years, a wife, mother and grandmother. I love the person I am, however you never stop having goals, and I have a few other things in the frying pan of my mind I'm cooking up!

I would like to become an artist and a lawyer and a journalist and a king maker or a politician! Lot of things to do!!

Aw Andrea, you are too sweet. Don't always feel like the most giving person but it's something I can work on and I love how you mentioned having goals. And frying things up in your mind haha. That's truly amazing to work in nursing that long though, so much respect for you and people who help those who can't always help themselves. I think whatever path we take, whether we're trying different ones out or know this is where we belong, there's always a way we help people even in little ways. Hugs back <3

What do I want to be when I grow up?

Someone in the 70s said that by the early 2000's it would be normal to have three careers in your lifetime. I have been an electrical engineer, in sales and marketing and a lawyer. I have met my quota.

However, the most important to me have been: father, searcher, poet and friend.

Mr. Larry I never said when you grow up...I said in life...:P

well that's besides the point.

Wanna be wonder-woman

I want to be a mother. It's something that God has planted in my heart so deeply, and I can't shake it. I cannot wait for that day that God blesses my husband and I will a beautiful baby!

I am constantly striving to do more, be a better person, evolve, change, grow. Right now motherhood is on my list, but missionary is another. I've been on one trip, and I just signed up for another trip in April.

I'm doing what I feel is my other calling in my job, basically a social worker for seniors and people with physical disabilities. Lucky for me, it's through my church, so I get the spiritual spin on it I didn't think I'd ever have :)

Britt: I've been impressed with your missionary work (especially your bonding with the kid). As for the motherhood, sometimes when you let it go, it comes.

I love that kid with every fiber of my being. There's no other way to describe it. I look at his picture every single day and I just feel so swollen with love. We don't speak the same language, but there was no barrier. I can't wait to go back and smother that kid! lol

Easier said than done, letting a desire go. I've realized I can't put my life on hold waiting for God to bless me, so I will continue to do His work. ;)

I want to be a mum as well. I think meeting a great guy and establishing a successful family is the ultimate bliss :)

I want to know about Quantum Chemistry as much as I can. It's mind-blowing. I want to get a PhD in the future, and go to Russia and work in my own lab WITHOUT STUPID PEOPLE TELLING ME WHAT TO DO.
