Simply Wrong

Wait!
I cannot find the words.
Afraid? Alone? Numb?
Does anybody understand?

Old story book teller; lied.
Happily ever after was never real.
Never existed.
Just a false thought inside my mind.

But wait!
How do I go on without him?
Breathe? Walk? feel?
He doesn't even care anymore.

I thought...
But maybe I was simply wrong.

    You are an amazing writer :) It's to straight to the point, and I just can't faulter it! It's quite sad though, but the way you have written it, it portrays anger as well. But yet, it's beautiful :)

    Wow. i loved the way this poem flowed, it makes the emotions seemed more mixed. gives the poem more of a confused feeling.. great great job!!
