Rain Dance Inspiration

by Maple Tree   Mar 24, 2012

The rain bedazzled a broken down me
restoring my soul for all to see,
allowing music to caress my ears
a song I haven't heard In many years.

Natures percussion, tambourine dance
feminine silhouette, upon a shadow wall trance,
a naked, hushed whisper, glorifying youth
blessed and proud of my middle aged truth....

Love the poem. The rhyming was great and flow was beautiful. I love the images. This reminded me of my childhood days when we used to do rain dances to make it rain.
