Creamy Coffee and Some thoughts of You

Odd is me in the early morning
Dancing to some secret tune
Loving the art of coffee making
Like a flower quite in bloom.

Pouring some more cream in my cup
These thoughts of you filled my mind
And that queer feeling is suddenly up
Like cold water through my spine.

Morning winds brushed past my cheeks
And here I am alone, smiling broadly
Oh, this bizarre feeling is hard to keep
One minute more and it will slay me.

I like coffee with lots of cream
But now I think I like you more
Mornings wont’ be the same it seems
Coffee won’t taste like it did before.
