Ocean Eyes

by CânnâBîsh   Oct 13, 2017

You got them ocean eyes
They go on for miles
I can look at them all day
Probably couldn't stop smiling

You got them ocean eyes
Telling me pretty lies
Looking out towards the horizon
Dont want to look away
So im not even trying
When you look at me
No, there's no denying
That i fall even harder
Just by looking one time.

You got them ocean eyes
You could make me drown
Telling many of your stories
Without making a sound

You got them ocean eyes
Feel like a bird so im flying
Not even smoking
But im feeling so high and..

You got them ocean eyes
A burning sensation
Like salt in a wound
One look in your eyes
Is a waiting temptation

You got them ocean eyes
So free and so alive
Yet so full of emotion
Sometimes out here looking for that message in a bottle.

You got them ocean eyes
I can tell when your feeling blue
But when you look at me
I know your love is true

You got them ocean eyes
Darkness floats but i feel no threat
Leaves me feeling warm
Like a colorful evening sunset

Those eyes, they can take you away to beautiful places. They can also destroy you if they aren't a good soul. I liked this a lot, your visuals were lovely.

'Those ocean eyes' can be dangerous things - many a lover has drowned in their depths.
Anyway, this is great and the repetition lent a melody to this which made me want to strum away rather badly on my acoustic guitar and deafen the children with my singing!

Take care and all the very best,

    Ben

So many ways to describe someone's eyes as the ocean, the different affects as to how you feel.
    Interesting piece, well done.
