Love, romance /
It is balmy here by the bay
dally I may and sand I play;
Cuddling and muddling into a grainy puddling,
I fray away - in this; a golden day.
A scorching sky ball casts beneath
a vermilion wreath upon my sheath.
Doth it burns and churns yet above me are terns
That glance beneath - coral me they seeth.
The gulls flock in a white lustre
In a cluster paced muster,
Yet in such rank, a gap is manque and in this blank
With no fluster - I desire to soar in bluster.
To fly amidst the cloudy haze
of fluffed graze and twilight maize,
To release the strain and reign of the pain;
Of my darkest daze - into the briny bays.
Let tokens of lost love seep
into the deep where I canst weep,
Let remnants of swill be fed as brill, by powering will
To creatures that keep - secrets asleep.
Let currents drift my melting plume
Cleansing a heartened tomb of gloom
From broken sherds, whilst girds the birds
In fashioning loom - as I soak in spume.
Drying now near a neighbouring dune,
I swoon and reflect in boon
That sorrow from Algea I borrow, can wait till morrow,
As now I croon - a joyous sea tune.
Balmy indeed; this majestic bay
where dreams splay a verily pray;
That waves of oceans' bequeath notions of emotions
From burdens' weigh - one escapes by the bay.
I love the rhyming here, it's masterful.
Just beautiful Mark

*sigh* how wonderful Mark, I long to be at the bay! :-) x
A nice piece of writing, and escaping at times helps with the mind. As long as we don't run from things
A nice flow, with picturesque scene
