I just wanted to thank you
for everything you did
although i did not know you
i was just a little kid

you'll forever be my father
no-one will take your place
no matter how hard they try
your memory they wont deface

i only remember you a little
but my memories getting better
i know you'd be so happy for us
Sammy's even started Netta

i picture you up above
sitting on a cloud
if only you could be here
i hope Ive made you proud

i think about you everyday
its just something i do
i wish you could be here
oh father, if only you knew

ill miss you everyday
and miss you every night
for my dearest father
you are my only light

    This poem has a very strong emotion behind it and it's very sweet of you to write a poem about your father

    Yeah, kinda confused about that how do you get "Remember Us" From this poem

    Who's "US"?

    Sorry if i'm coming off harshly it's just i'm a little confused right now

    If I had to pick a title for this poem I would probably choose the title "TOY" [Thinking Of You]
