The Diary of a (Castle Guard)

by JEFF   Feb 15, 2008

Watch duty again,
On top the great tower.
Surveying the land,
With a feeling of such power.

The people down below,
A fear they can not hide.
The strength of the guards,
Overwlehms them deep inside.

Bored to the point,
Where we look for some fun.
We shoot at stuff like cans,
Or targets with our guns.

We sometimes spit,
Off the towers to see.
How many people we can hit,
And how many flee.

One of the guards pooped,
Over the side yesterday.
Big gust of wind came along,
Almost blew his ass away.

I pissed off the side of tower,
One day just for fun.
Hit this guy on top of the head,
It was hilarious watching him run.

But all in all,
Most our days are a bore.
Standing on top this tower,
My freaking feet are really sore.
