Work Sucks

by JEFF   Mar 19, 2008

I wake up each day,
As I hate to say.
Getting up sucks,
So who gives a _uck.
I roll out of bed,
Work hurts my head.
Sixty miles everyday,
In bed I want to stay.
People really dumb,
I wish I was a bum.
No more work for me,
Sleeping in the street.
But I need to eat,
Chew on some meat.
So I work each day,
As I sit and pray.
For a different job,
Maybe someday.

Wow I think you wrote a poem based on my life. I drive 60 miles one way to work and it's got me blue and with the gas prices it's eating me. Cute poem. I love to read something lighthearted and funny. Thanks for the share.
