New Born

by Beautiful Forever   Feb 26, 2008

Air fills your lungs, open your eyes,
You're naked, you have no disguise,
Your skin is smooth, you're pure,
Innocent, having never been here before,

A man in a white coat takes you away,
Unable to speak, you have nothing to say,
Not quite sure whats going on,
You blink once, and then he's gone,

You cry, scared of being alone,
Kicking and screaming on your own,
Then the others start as well,
Creating an echoing siren of hell,

A lady runs in and abducts you,
Theres nothing you can do,
Helpless, you're just a child,
Staring at a lady who simply smiled,

One day you'll come to understand,
Never to reject this lady's hand,
Keep breathing and don't act clever,
And this lady, will love you forever.

First time I read this I felt awful. Likely we don't remember the first day of our life. When I read this I remember Stevie's birthday party on American dad. :D 5/5
