Resisting at all cost,
This game.
That neither of us can win.

It's just a matter of time I'm sure,
And it's not a final goodbye.

Bitter as it might seem to be,
Time revealed what lies ahead.
You and I are not meant to be.

Until the day I'll see you again,
Then maybe we could work it

I never would have believed
The strangest things you do,
Could mean so much.

And that impact you've had on me,
Will endure forever, until the end of time.

    I like reading old poems sometimes to see where people have progressed from/to. Its interesting to read this and your other older works, they are quite good but you have improved in general since. Keep up the upward spiral :)

    This poem is better. The choosing of words expressed a true affection for someone, and it was nice to see. The rhymes are still missing, but apperantly this is your style. The flow was nice and the structure uneven which made it interesting. nice work 5/5
