I Am Me

I know my parents would never understand
All these scars I hide under this wristband

People think I am some kind of freak
They don't give me a chance to even speak

I am always faking a stupid smile
To you, I am no one just a paper file

I wish I was someone you could admire
Someone you could kiss with passion and desire

Forget this and forget that
Forget the fact I am skinny or fat

I am someone you could never be
Because I am me, me, Me!

    this made me think about a friend of mine..
    really made me want to read it all. and i m glad i did. so much emotion through out the whole poem.

    i think thats the best person to be. no one should try to pretend to be someone else...
