Deepest Confessions of a Breaking Heart.

Deepest Confessions of a Breaking Heart.

Strings of some odd sort, holding one together -
tied from the lungs, reaching to the outer core.
Skin full of needles blending in with your rotted liquids,
and, you're three parts limp to one part stone . . .

It's not the same, the fallen roses tossed about -
more like a feeling of security . . . shattered,
and the breaking makes no sound at all,
since it's three parts limp to one part stone. . .

Deepest confessions of a breaking heart,
stealing my half-lit soul away. . .
it's feeding off my feeble minded thoughts,
and getting liquid through over-sized needles.

And, it's like love in a rainbow of skittles,
where only one color matches perfectly. . .
to the heart of the once loved one -
but you can't seem to find what's out there. . .
since, you're three parts limp to one part stone.

Nicely written. Very descriptive... I loved the way it just blended together all the way to the end. Great write! 5/5
