Inveigh

by Beautiful Forever   Mar 18, 2008

Take these words for what they are,
Let them cut you and create a new scar,
Feel their sharp edges slash your heart,
Then watch them tear your world apart,

Each letter of the words will hurt more,
As they bruise your ego, making you sore,
And I won't stop releasing these insults,
I'll inveigh you until I see better results,

Because you've had your time at the top,
And everyone here can't wait to see you drop,
You walked on us until your true colors were shown,
Now we're destroying everything you've known,

I'll run my mouth until I can't speak,
Then I'll watch you fall to your knees, so weak,
And with my last breath I'll fulfill your demise,
By saying, "Your whole world was built on lies"
