Spring

by kevin Boundy AKA the ghost   Mar 21, 2008

Spring approaches
as winter dies
orchids blooming say hello
as the frost whispers goodbye

sunlight takes effect
while windchill suffers defeat
instead of all the trees dying
i smell honeysuckle so sweet

birds coming back
singing their sweet morning song
my new alarm clock for spring
amazing how three cold months can seem so long

a season for early rising
and long warm nights
season of life is here
and now every things alright
