The Dark

The darkness was a confused puppy
It licked everything around me.
Before I knew, I was licked by the puppy
It stung me like a bee.
Everything went pitch dark.
Then the puppy let a ferocious bark.
I was walking around
it was as dark as a black hole.
The I said to myself...
It is just the dark
Then the puppy let out an earsplitting wail
And started to leave as slow as a snail.
The puppy didn't leave without licking me
It moved faster
As I said, "It's just the dark."

I did this back In like 8th grade lol and got a really good grade on it haha BUt now that I read it i think its not all that good compared to my others
Just thought I'd post it tho to see what you all think.
