The hurt so deep
I'm shedding a tear
my heart inside is beating so weak
as I'm looking at this souvenir

all these painful memories
flying through my head
pictures fill a gallery
of moments that we had

I can't get over it
it hurts so bad inside my heart
feels like today I want to quit
your loss is tearing all apart

remembering your pretty face
the smile on your lips
your piece of my heart
I will never replace

the girl I loved
god has taken
now she's there above
will never be awaken

I hope in heaven you are well
cause down here all my life is hell

    this was for sure my favorite lines in this poem, the meaning they capture is deep, like the special moments you share with the one you love are never to be forgotten, no matter what the nature of these memories are ..

    Heartbreaking, you capture that sadness that you will never get over...but trust God and that He is taking care of her. This was so beautifully written with a love that will never die.
