My dear child "hope"

Your mother is always by your side

I used to sing these lines for my kitten (her name is hope) and I don"t know how it sounds as a poem I just modified it a little bit. I found "hope" when she was about one-two days old. She was thrown in the street with her sister but her sister was dead already when I found them. She hadn't open her eyes yet when I found her so I took her and decided to raise her. I took her to the vet to check on her but he said "she may not survive without her real mother but if you do your best she has a hope" so I named her "hope" hoping she will survive. It was my first expriment to raise a pet and new born animal. I looked up on websites on how to raise her and I bought her all the neccassry things she may need (bottle to feed her, milk for very young kittens, towls ..etc). I tried my best to raise her, I used to wake up at night to feed her and at early morning too. I cleaned her sh*t and she pee on me so many times hehe. Since she was crying I used to sing this song for her whenever I feed her or making her sleep. She opened hey eyes after few days and was able to see her mother(me). She grew healthy but not for too long. Suddenly she stopped accpeting milk for two days so I took her to the vet but no use. I tried to feed her but she never accpeted it. Her weight started to reduce horribly but I couldn't do much all what I could do is watching her dying. I kept her infront of my eyes while she was in pain and I was in pain too. Just yesturday I buried her. She was about 13 days old. I was hoping that she may survive but I guess I was a bad mother...
Please forgive me my dear "hope" your mother loves you and will never forget you.
