Angles On Earth

by Courtney Hough   Apr 25, 2008

Similes and fun,
Laughter and cheer.
When I'm with them,
I feel no fear.

Talking for hours,
When we talk late.
About things I can't tell anyone,
They say its not my fate.

Before I felt like it was all fake,
Smiling and laughing, not shutting up,.
I felt like I had to hide,
Like putting makeup.

Helping me though hard times,
Even when I can't tell.
They understood,
And caught me when I fell.

True friends like this don't come often,
They are angles helping me on earth.
Who catch me when I fall,
It feels like we have been together from birth.
