Cowards Laugh At The Sincerity.

by Teria   May 3, 2008

Cowards know a heart not lost,
but a mind found in fog.
With horse flies buzzing words
no earthly ear could begin to hear.
But if you could, oh if you could,
he'd tell you of his life...

"Morning comes but once a day,
and only 'til the sun fades away.
Darkness covers all the earth,
but stay strong and show your worth.
Fight your battles as if they're your last...
and fill your dreams, but not too fast -
savor the moments and let life be...
for living life shall set you free."

The cowards heart hears no words,
but laughs at the sincerity.
And, how ironic he's yet to live,
in this life made out so deathly.

I can't see much wrong with it. The flow is quite good and its pretty straight to the point. I think a lot of people could be thought of as being the coward when it comes to life. They get stuck in simple routine and never branch out to live the life they could or want to live. Some even complain about it which pisses me off. If you are unhappy with your life all you have to do is change it for the better its quite simple, yet they choose not to hear the message. I liked you poem quite well keep up the good work.
