There's a connection between us, it sure as hell isn't literal

Well here goes another few hundred words that I'll never ever give you the chance to read.
I don't think you're the first to be pretending that you're single.
But it says a lot.
I had the chance to stray, the chance to break away because me and him had a curtain and a storage cupboard to hide us from the rest of the world.
Our lips, they brushed and we searched for something that neither of us could find with our loneliness bouncing off one another.
Then your eyes appeared in my mind and even a best friend through broken times couldn't look at me straight and tell me she approved.
I set a reminder on my phone to keep the suicide on schedule and all the vodka in the basement couldn't make our conversation anymore fluent since your words have never been more static.
There was the time that I kissed you in the attic and we both longed for affection and mistook it for each other and now I'm talking to him at the same time as you.
I've got quite a few on the go and it's funny how no one really knows. Not even my closest friends could name a problem, let alone count them.
It's funnier how well I know you.
But I need something more than that.
Well, I need something more than that.
And i think you're stretched to your limit.
